Quick Estimate: We provide complimentary quick estimates to help gauge the ballpark cost of your metal roofing project. These are not quotes but can help determine if the project aligns with your budget goals.
Detailed Analysis: This analysis will provide a detailed, current pricing estimate, based on a “take-off” calculated through our specialized, industry software and reviewed internally for accuracy. This estimate will include metal panels, clips, butyl tape, fasteners, and all metal accessories to complete your project.
Detailed Analysis - $150.00 (Credited toward purchase)
When you are ready for the detailed analysis, there are a few things we need.
- Slopes/pitches to the roof?
- Drawing with accurate measurements; legible hand sketch, satellite measurements (Eagleview, Roofscope, etc.), or builder/architect plan sets.
- Penetrations: Chimney dimensions, pipe penetrations, skylights, etc.
Roofing Analysis Cost: The Roofing Analysis requires a $150 pre-paid fee. The Analysis is yours to keep and use however you wish. When you order your materials from us, we will apply that $150 fee back as a credit toward your purchase – making it free to you.
